Discord is a chat platform where users can interact and engage in real-time. We've built our community on Discord for all the features such as text, voice, and video chat, as well as the ability to organize our community for the best possible user experience. We knew our members would enjoy the way we've utilized Discord to provide the best community engagement. The perks of the PRO+ Membership are implemented on Discord, where members can access premium channels for stocks, options, futures, and crypto alerts, along with unusual flow activity, sweeps, and algorithm alerts.
Large communities, especially those in an industry like ours, tend to be targeted by spammers or scammers, Discord can't prevent all of them, so we have methods in place to defend and prevent spam or scams in our community, but some will slip through the cracks. We highly recommend you check out the Scam Defense & Prevention section to educate yourself on how to defend yourself against scammers. The best way to deal with them in our community is to disable direct messages on our server so they can't message you.

Where should I start?
Call-out alerts are posted by our ELITE Trading Team in the #🚀daytrade-options🚀 and #🚀daytrade-stocks🚀 (PRO+ & trial only) channels, frequent analysis and charts will be found in #📈┃analysis-n-charts (open for all to post) as well as occasional watchlists in the #🔥┃watchlists. Our community members will post their trades in the #🎮┃members-plays and all related markets discussion will be in the #💭┃market-talk channels, but our ELITE Trading Team is held to a much higher standard and has much higher expectations.
Why can't I see the #🚀daytrade-options🚀 - #🚀daytrade-stocks🚀 - #🚀crypto-alerts🚀 and the other trade alerts/signals channels?
Only subscribed and trial members have access to these premium channels. We offer a 7-day free trial (no billing info required) that can be accessed after signing up and claiming it by hitting the Get 1 Week Free PRO+ next to your username on the top right portion of any web page. When your trial ends, you will need the PRO+ Membership to keep access to these premium channels.
Why doesn't any ELITE Team analyst reply to my direct messages?
All questions should be asked within the server channels. This is where you will get the quickest response, but feel free to ping any specific analyst. Our analyst team is busy, especially during trading hours. Some of our analysts will reply to DM's, but they are not required to. There are a lot of spammers and scammers in Discord, so some of them disable direct messages. Members that have purchased a 1-on-1 lesson have top priority. If you are not receiving any replies, please DM @NVSTly Support#9832 and we will put you on their radar.
What is the #🎮member-plays channel & how do I use it?
This channel is where community members call out their own trades and use our trade sharing bot that works directly with our main app. With our app, you can input your trades as it tracks the progress of your trades, calculates your stats, and ranks you on the leaderboards. Positions must be placed during market hours. Additionally, you will also be allowed to post your plays during pre and post-market hours. Our bot checks your position prices against the current market price to prevent app users from cheating on their stats. Follow these plays at your own risk; they are not associated with our premium trade signals.
Why am I receiving messages about "winning free bitcoin", or "guaranteed investment" and double my money, among other offers? Is this true?
NO! This is a scam. Our staff and team will NEVER ask you for personal or financial information. Please send a screenshot of the scam message to @NVSTly Support#9832 so our staff can remove it. Scammers will use every clever trick to gain access to your personal or financial information. Never share your information with anyone, including anyone on our NVSTly staff or team. It is against the rules here for anyone to send invitations to other servers. If you receive one, be cautious and enter at your own risk. To report someone, use the !report command or send a screenshot to the @NVSTly Support bot in the #❓help channel so we can take action.

User Roles
Our main Discord role when you join the server and pass verification.
These roles are given to members based on their length of time as members and activity within specified Discord channels.
Tier 1 = 14 days, 100 posts
Tier 2 = 90 days, 750 posts
Tier 3 = 180 days, 2500 posts
Tier 4 = 1 year, 10,00 posts
Members who have been around since before version 1 was released and participated in the beta or showed activity in Discord.
These roles provide access to channels associated with subscription packages.

Knowledgeable members of the community: although they are not officially part of the staff or team, they know their way around the platform and provide guidance to new users.
They are Discord and message board moderators who help combat spammers and scammers and review reports placed by members. They also tread a fine line between deciding what is good content and what is trolling, pumping, and toxicity. They are not here to censor anyone, but to enforce rules that are in place.
They are guest analysts or traders working their way to join the ELITE Trading Team.
Their signals are good, but they still follow with caution. We don't hold responsibility as they are not a team member or contracted.

Community Rules
General
- No advertising. Do not share referrals, app links, discord invites, or post any type of promotion. If you get caught messaging this to another user, you will be banned. This is your only warning.
- Sending unsolicited direct messages (DM) will get you reported and quarantined. 99% of DM's from strangers are scams, and you will be suspected as one.
- Sharing our call-outs as your own elsewhere will result in your membership being revoked without a refund. You agreed to this when you subscribed.
- No pump and dump mentality—we do not organize those here. We also don't want to see any intentional implications of FUD.
- Be respectful—trolling, harassment, racist remarks, insults, threats, or anything of the like will be dealt with accordingly.
- Make an effort to refrain from vulgar language. Our bot will warn you when it detects something it deems inappropriate. Our bot scans for keywords and will warn you of messages containing vulgar language. If repeated, you may be muted for a period of time.
- Our team will NEVER ask you for personal or financial information. If you receive a message from someone claiming to be staff asking you for it, please report them using the!report command, or send the username and screenshot to the @NVSTly Support#9832 bot on Discord, or email us.
For #💭market-talk channel
- Refrain from talking about anything not related to the market or stocks/crypto. Use the #💈hangout channel for anything else.
- Please avoid using excessive or large emojis in market-related channels.
- Make your messages purposeful, especially during market hours. Stocktwits style talk is frowned upon.
For #🎮members-plays channel
- This channel is for calling out your own trades or inputting them with the bot.
- Non-related chat in this channel will result in you being muted for some time.
- If a ticker was used that was prompted as invalid and a function to report it, please withhold inputting that same ticker for 12 hours while it's being processed into the system.
Scam Defense & Prevention
-Bitcoin (or any crypto) giveaways are a scam.
-BEWARE of imposters! Our staff will never DM you asking for personal or financial information or anything suspicious. *See Below*
-Being selected for a special offer or promotion is a scam.
-A professional financial advisor will not contact you offering to use their service. If someone claims so, it's a scam.
-Random DM's saying anything like "I see we're on a mutual server. We should share trading ideas." Don't reply, it's a scam.
-Someone offering an investment opportunity, guaranteed returns, or doubling your money, is a scammer
It's best to disable your direct messages on our Discord server. This prevents you from being targeted with any DM's from potential scammers.
To do this on a PC:
- Right-click the server icon and choose Privacy Settings.
- Toggle off "Direct Messages. (This will block DM's only from our server.)
To do this on mobile:
- Click the server name at the top of the channel list.
- Scroll down and toggle of Allow Discord Messages. (This will block DM's only from our server.)
Be suspicious of every direct message you receive in Discord. If you don't know, recognize, or have never chatted with them on the server, it is 99% likely to be a scam! It is a good idea to disable your DMs in any type of investing or financial server.

Don't give your email to someone you don't know. They can spoof an email to make it look legit. Anyone representing a brokerage, trading app, or a legit entity be cautious, suspicious, and vigilant- use their contact method on their website and not from a link they gave you.
Scammers target servers and communities like ours frequently and come up with many scam techniques. There are also imposters claiming to be someone they are not. Over a dozen have impersonated our team. We have methods in place to combat all this, but they will never be 100% effective. You need to use good judgement and protect yourself.
Hide Unwanted Categories or Channels
Are there channels you don't use? Want to clean up the clutter and see only what you want to see?
You can hide channels and categories that you don't use or want to see. Simply right-click on the channel(s) you want to hide > hover over Mute Channel > select Until I turn it back on > right-click on the server icon and select Hide Muted Channels.To hide a whole category, you'll need to mute each channel within it.
